Tricia Hubbard

I started my artistic career with City & Guilds Embroidery Part 1 & 2, followed by BA first class (Hons) in Textile Design Surface Pattern, University of Plymouth. I was greatly inspired by the work of Japanese fibre artist Machiko Agano when I visited her in Kyoto. The work of American paper artist Angiola Churchill encouraged me to experiment and explore using tissue paper after seeing her installation 'Beyond the Garden' in Venice.
